It is great for a family format (for a single person it would last for years) and much more convenient in liquid format. But the taste of oil has it, I prefer not to pour it in any drink if not take it directly. A bit of a turn-off that it is obtained from lanolin but what a remedy if you need to take it....
Para formato familiar genial (para una persona sola esto duraría años) y mucho más cómodo en formato líquido. Pero el sabor a aceite lo tiene, yo prefiero no echármelo en ninguna bebida si no tomármelo directamente. Un poco de repelús que se obtenga de la lanolina pero que remedio si necesitas tomarla...
