Easy to take
I find the packaging very practical, I take it because I have hasimoto's hypothyroidism and there are studies that link autoimmune diseases with vitamin D deficiency and I don't usually sunbathe.

It came as a gift and it is appreciated. It is a dropper and comfortable to use, high concentration. I like it better in tablets, that's why I don't give it more marks.

Great
It is great for a family format (for a single person it would last for years) and much more convenient in liquid format. But the taste of oil has it, I prefer not to pour it in any drink if not take it directly. A bit of a turn-off that it is obtained from lanolin but what a remedy if you need to take it....
Para formato familiar genial (para una persona sola esto duraría años) y mucho más cómodo en formato líquido. Pero el sabor a aceite lo tiene, yo prefiero no echármelo en ninguna bebida si no tomármelo directamente. Un poco de repelús que se obtenga de la lanolina pero que remedio si necesitas tomarla...
