Best multi I've found for a reasonable price.
Good dose and good shape for almost all vitamins and minerals d3 k2 zinc magnesium would be higher it would be the top.

Admittedly, the 240 pills are a bit expensive, but it is very much worth it, 240 days protected so to speak, protected from injuries, colds and with more energy. Hay que admitir que las 240 pastillas son un poco caras, pero merece muchísimo la pena, son 240 días protegido por así decirlo, protegido de lesiones, de resfriados y con más energía. No se me repiten y por lo que llevo de año, no me he puesto enfermo, llevo 5 meses tomando las. Las recomiendo sin ninguna duda, es una básico en mi alimentación.
