I only use it on a day-to-day basis. I bought the 120-caps pack because I share it with my wife. It's very complete and after just a few doses I feel more vital. I recommend it as a level replenisher at least twice a year. The fact that it is suitable for vegetarians is an added value that made me choose this product. It came with a label with all the instructions in Portuguese.
Uso para o dia-a-dia apenas. Comprei a embalagem de 120 caps. pois divido com a minha mulher. É muito completo e após poucas tomas sinto-me com mais vitalidade. Recomendo como repositor de níveis pelo menos duas vezes por ano. O ser apto para vegetarianos constitui uma mais valia que me fez optar por este produto. Veio com um rótulo com todas as indicações em português de Portugal.

These vitamins are among the most bioavailable and absorbed vitamins I have seen. The capsules are easy to swallow with a little water. It is a very complete vitamin complex with coenzyme Q10.
