Good vitamins
I have tried quite a few vitamins and the truth is that I feel better on a daily basis. For me vitamins together with creatine and protein are essential.

Citicoline is noticeable
Personally, I don't do well with citicoline, but that doesn't mean that this product is bad. In fact, it has one of the best ratios and bioavailable forms of vitamins you can find in a product of this nature. If it weren't for my little problem with citicoline, this would be a product I would take every day, without a doubt.
