Very good multivitamin
I love this product, because it has very natural ingredients and not just folic acid, but folate (its precursor). Among other things. Taking one tablet a day is enough, so I find it very convenient and complete. I don't notice any taste when it is in capsules and they are not very big. I recommend it.
Este producto me encanta, porque tiene unos ingredientes muy naturales y no tiene simplemente el ácido fólico, sino el folato (su precursor). Entre otras más cosas. Con tomar una pastilla por día es suficiente, así que me resulta muy cómodo y completo. No noto que tenga sabor en cuanto está en cápsulas y no son muy grandes. Lo aconsejo.

It has a wide range of vitamins and minerals. It's nice that it has coenzyme Q10. I bought the 240 bottle and the size is adequate, they are easy to dispense and the capsules cost nothing to take. Personally I notice its effects, especially I have improved in that I am less tired. I recommend it.
