Excellent product

Good quality. The effects are not extremely significant in general, with the exception of the quality of sleep. On the 3rd or 4th day, I regained a quality of sleep (rest) that I hadn't had for years.

Everything perfect

I have changed magnesium as the citrate tablets are too large. I liked this magnesium even though it is more expensive than the citrate.
