Good complement
Zinc is essential for health as is magnesium but it should not be forgotten that these interfere with other minerals and you have to supplement with copper although I would have incorporated more copper especially if you do not eat meat.
El zinc es indispensable para la salud como el magnesio pero no debe olvidarse que estos interfieren en otros minerales y hay que suplementar con cobre aunque yo hubiese incorporado mas cobre sobretodo si no comes carne.
