A must-have.

I bought them because I read that zinc, among many other properties, helped to strengthen nails. In one week they stopped breaking, it's incredible how quickly they have started to work for me. My hair also falls out less and grows very fast. Now I can't do without them.

I don't know if you have to take it longer, but I didn't see any difference with the normal Zinc.
