I usually use this one in summer with cold water and it goes in very well. 300ml of water and a ladle, stir well and let stand a minute then stir again and ready without lumps.

I have tried Peach, but find it too sweet at the recommended dosage and the taste is generally extremely artificial. I was expecting a taste more like peach iced tea and was disappointed. So far I've also always had a few small lumps in it. Nevertheless, I will try a few other varieties.

A very easy way to take protein, not heavy on the stomach, without that aftertaste of shake that whey has because it is mixed with water. The flavors are very fresh. The orange one looks like an aquarius. You have to shake it well and let it sit for a few seconds because it foams, but it goes down. HSN's value for money with this product is unbeatable.
