I usually use this one in summer with cold water and it goes in very well. 300ml of water and a ladle, stir well and let stand a minute then stir again and ready without lumps.
Este lo suelo usar en verano con agua fría y entra muy bien. 300ml de agua y un cacito, remover bien y dejar reposar un minuto luego volver a remover y listo sin grumos.

Goes better
I have tried Peach, but find it too sweet at the recommended dosage and the taste is generally extremely artificial. I was expecting a taste more like peach iced tea and was disappointed. So far I've also always had a few small lumps in it. Nevertheless, I will try a few other varieties.
Ich habe Peach probiert, finde es aber bei der empfohlenen Dosierung zu süß und der Geschmack ist generell extrem künstlich. Ich habe mir eher einen Geschmack wie Pfirsich Eistee vorgestellt und wurde enttäuscht.
Bisher hatte ich auch immer ein paar kleine Klumpen drin.
Dennoch werde ich ein paar andere Sorten probieren.

I took the peach flavour, which is excellent. I generally hate Whey, but this one goes down very well and doesn't disgust me in the slightest.

Good product.
They are always a great option that is not heavy at all, even if you take them during your workouts. I was looking for something that could give me when training in the water long distances the protein intake and that was refreshing and sweet at the same time and it was a wonderful discovery these proteins for those of us who swim.
Siempre son una buenísima opción que no se hace nada pesada incluso de ir tomando en los mismos entrenamientos. Buscaba algo que pudiera darme al entrenar en el agua largas distancias el aporte de proteínas y que fuera refrescante y dulce a la vez y fue un maravilloso descubrimiento estas proteínas para los que nadamos.

I wouldn't trade it for anything.
A very easy way to take protein, not heavy on the stomach, without that aftertaste of shake that whey has because it is mixed with water. The flavors are very fresh. The orange one looks like an aquarius. You have to shake it well and let it sit for a few seconds because it foams, but it goes down. HSN's value for money with this product is unbeatable.
Una forma de tomar proteínas muy fácil, nada pesada en el estómago, sin ese regusto de batido que tienen las whey porque se mezcla con agua. Los sabores son muy frescos. El de naranja parece un aquarius. Hay que agitarlo bien y dejarlo reposar unos segundos porque hace espuma, pero se baja. La relación calidad-precio de HSN con este producto es insuperable.
