Descubri que tenia poco acido en el estomago porque tenia eructos,ninguna molestia mas,resulta que la comida no se disuelve y los nutrientes no se absorben bien,sino que fermenta y produce eructos y gases,me quito los eructos desde el primer dia,y puede que tenga anemia y me falten proteinas,vitaminas,etc por esto.
Estoy notando mas fuerza en los musculos del pecho y brazos,y solo llevo unos dias.
Nunca habia imaginado que tenia mal el estomago,sin dolores ni empachos ni ardores,nada de nada.
