As pre-training

I have used it as a pre-workout along with Arginine, and have noticed more energy, less fatigue and better recovery. Nothing magical but it helps.

Great after a big meal.

Digests complex proteins well, I feel less bloated but I suppose the nutrients arrive more quickly, don't start training too late because the energy arrives more quickly but also goes down more quickly.
