Good
I have tried melatonin from several brands and this one is really good. As it releases slowly it wakes me up less at night. I recommend it.

I sleep the same hours but I do notice that I sleep a little deeper. Personally I prefer it to be unflavored but strawberry is fine.

It works half-heartedly
The first time I take melatonin, I can say that it works well up to 4 hours. Then the sleep has not been so deep because I woke up in the middle of the night.

Super effective melatonin. You take it and in half an hour you are nodding off. Do not exceed the dose because, for example, it gives me a headache the next day.

Good product. The tablets are chewable and taste like strawberry. For now I sleep better and I fall asleep quickly. Also I don't wake up in the early morning.
