I find it useful because I have problems waking up early around 4am. The extended release allows me to sleep longer most of the time I take it. Very pleasant taste.

Good taste and very effective
I am working shifts, often having to sleep during the day and the melatonin is helping me a lot in this process to fall asleep. The taste is very pleasant and unlike other melatonins I have tried, this one helps me sleep right off the bat a lot of all the times I need to use it, compared to others I have tried. This is not the 1st time I have bought it and not the last.
Estoy trabajando a turnos, teniendo muchas veces que dormir por el día y la melatonina me esta ayudando mucho en este proceso para conciliar el sueño. Su sabor es muy agradable y a diferencia de otras melatoninas que he probado, esta me ayuda a dormir del tirón gran parte de todas las veces que necesito utilizarla, en comparación con otras que he probado. No es la 1º vez que lo compro ni la última.
