The strawberry-cream flavor is incredibly good, it smells super good. Every night I take it to sleep, it makes you sleepy little by little and helps you rest much more than without taking them.

Well
I bought it because it was on sale, and I take it sometimes when I have trouble sleeping more. I like the strawberry flavor and that it is chewable, different from the typical pills. When I run out I will order others again as they are great value for money. They are worth it.
Lo compré porque estaba de oferta, y lo tomo a veces cuando me cuesta dormir más. Me gusta el sabor de fresa y que sea masticable, diferente a las típicas pastillas. Cuando se me acaben volveré a pedir otras ya que en cuanto a calidad-precio son geniales. Valen la pena.

They really help
The tablet can be split into two parts so you can take half the product if you do not need the 4.2mg. The taste is the same as a strawberry and cream candy. If you take it half an hour before going to sleep, it helps you to fall asleep, it is perfect for time changes, people who work shifts or people who travel with jetlag.
La pastilla se puede partir en dos partes y así poder tomar la mitad de producto si no necesitas los 4,2mg. El sabor es igual que un caramelo de fresa y nata. Si lo tomas media hora antes de irte a dormir te ayuda a conciliar, es perfecto para cambios de hora, gente que trabaja a turnos o personas que viajan con jetlag.

Since I tried it I have bought several bottles already: a super competent price for what is on the market, higher concentration of melatonin than normal per pill and I do notice its effects within half an hour of taking them. I have a lot of sleeping problems and I can recommend them.
