In my 48 years and in full peri-menopause I'm doing great. I have never had problems managing my sleep but in full hormonal transition it has affected me a lot. My gynecologist recommended melatonin supplements and this one works wonders for me. Rest is basic for our health and I have achieved it.

For me it is the best
I usually have sleep problems, and this melatonin is the one that helps me the most. I usually take it when I can't fall asleep and within half an hour I'm usually asleep and it helps me not to wake up. It also allows you to dose it, you can take a whole one, or split it, chew it, leave it chewed under the tongue for quick absorption, or swallow it whole to be more dosed.
Suelo tener problemas de sueño, y ésta melatonina es la que más me ayuda.
Me la tomo normalmente cuando no consigo conciliar el sueño y a la media hora suelo estar dormido y me ayuda a no despertarme.
Además permite dosificarla, puedes tomarte una entera, o partirla, masticarla, dejarla masticada debajo de la lengua para una rápida absorción, o tragarla entera para que sea más dosificada.
