It was recommended to us because of the nitric oxide. We take it before training and, without a doubt, the effects are noticeable. The taste is not the best to take with water but it is solved with a little lemon juice, for example. The packaging is a problem because the product stains a lot, you have to be careful when handling it. We are transferring it to a rigid jar to make this easier.
