Very effective, but no flavor
The effects are very noticeable, especially when you have been at medium-high intensity for a while, I notice that my heart rate is less out of control. Regarding the taste, with water I find it impossible to take it, but if I mix it with milk and flavored oatmeal or cocoa it is hardly noticeable. Highly recommended. Regarding the price, it is decent, except when the larger formats are sold out.

I ordered it as a gift to try. I spend it sometimes in water with juice type meals, but it does not call me much is not like other products I do not know. If it would provide more nitrates it would be a better choice. In water it can be a little gritty feeling, my impression. However there would be the option of being able to add to meals but I have not tried it yet.
