Never tried such a good Porridge and the chocolate and peanut flavor is really special because you can taste the peanuts

Correct and tasty

I bought the salted caramel ones on sale, for a very good price you get a super complete breakfast with all the protein and carbohydrates, plus the exquisite taste of the salted caramel protein. The only downside is that the oat flakes could be of better quality.

Compré las de caramelo salado en oferta, por muy buen precio te llevas un desayuno super completo con toda la proteína e hidratos, además del sabor exquisito de la prote de caramelo salado. Como única pega, los copos de avena podrían ser de mejor calidad

Not bad but not recommended for fodmap.

I have fructose intolerance (FODMAP) and this oatmeal is not recommended. Now if you don't have this problem it might be a good option. If this product will not have added sugars it would be great. Since the intake and the combination of products is good.

Tengo intolerancia a la fructosa (FODMAP) y esta avena no es recomendable. Ahora si no tienes este problema podría ser una buena opción. Si este producto no llevará azucares añadidos sería genial. Ya que el aporte y la combinación de productos es bueno.

Can be taken without cooking

I wanted to add that when I started taking porridge, I didn't read the way to prepare it...I mix it with soy, almond milk, it can be perfectly taken shaken with water, etc. I add a little sweetener and I drink it without cooking and it is delicious. Logically more or less liquid depending on the desired thickness. I drink it chewing a little.

Quería aportar que cuando empecé a tomar gachas, no leí el modo de preparación...vamos que lo mezclo con soja, leche de almendras, se puede tomar perfectamente batido con agua etc. Le añado un poco de edulcorante y lo tomo si cocinar y está buenísimo. Lógicamente más liquido o menos según espesor deseado. Yo me lo bebo masticando un poco.

Excellent taste

I loved them. The taste is a delight and the protein content is high. For a poster-workout they are phenomenal.

Good and easy to consume
