A vegan luxury
HSN's protein porridge oats have always been one of my favorite supplements, but when I gave up animal foods I had to do without them. Now with the vegan version I'm back to having a protein breakfast I like, with no intestinal discomfort (zero lactose and virtually gluten-free). I especially recommend the salted caramel flavor, although it is best to buy several of them and interchange them so as not to hate them (the flavor can be repetitive).
Las gachas de avena proteicas de HSN siempre han sido de mis suplementos favoritos, pero cuando dejé los alimentos animales tuve que prescindir de ellas. Ahora con la versión vegana vuelvo a tener un desayuno proteico que me gusta, sin molestias intestinales (cero lactosa y prácticamente sin gluten).
Recomiendo especialmente el sabor caramelo salado, aunque lo mejor es comprar de varios e ir intercambiando para no aborrecerlas (el sabor puede resultar repetitivo).
