I bought this porridge for its good macros and its speed of execution to obtain a complete breakfast before going to the gym. All of the above is more than met, the only downside is the sweetness which I find a little invasive by exaggerated so much that I get tired halfway through the bowl. I bought salted caramel flavor and still repeat looking for a less sweet flavor, because they are certainly a very good breakfast.

Todo lo anterior lo cumple con creces, el único 'pero' es el dulzor el que encuentro un poco invasivo por exagerado tanto que me llega a cansar a mitad de tazón. Compré sabor caramelo salado y aún así repetire buscando un sabor menos dulce, porque desde luego son un muy buen desayuno.
