Tengo déficit de vitamina D y para mí es un básico muy necesario. Si dejo de tomarla observo inclusive un decaimiento en el estado anímico. Me gusta que traiga aceite de lino en la formulación porque así no es necesario tomar otra grasa a la vez que la pastilla, puesto que la vitamina D es liposoluble. Sin sabor y fácil de tomar.
