Vitamin d in the dosage I was looking for

I take vitamin D all year round at high dosages because I am never exposed to the sun. For the summer, since I often go to the beach, I was looking for something lighter to supplement it anyway but without overdoing it since I have no deficiencies. Cheap and well packaged. The little jars, if they were silver like the raw bags, would look great.

Assumo tutto l'anno vitamina D a dosaggi elevati perché non sono mai esposto al sole. Per l'estate, dal momento che vado spesso al mare, cercavo qualcosa di più leggero per integrarla comunque ma senza eccedere dal momento che non ho carenze. Economica e ben confezionata. I barattolini, se fossero argentati come i sacchetti raw, sarebbero stupendi.

It tastes like nothing, easy to swallow. I take it daily, super necessary in these months when we hardly see the sun.

Effective

For now I am doing well. I decided to supplement my vitamin D since I had a very low blood test and so far so good. I highly recommend it.

Por ahora me van bien. Decidí complementarme la vitamina D ya que me salió en analítica muy bajita y por ahora bien. La recomiendo mucho.
