Too much oil
I let it sit for a couple of days and puff about 10 ml of oil. I didn't really like that.

Hi Elion, Check that the storage conditions are adequate (dry, cool and dark place). As it is a 100% almond butter, the oil from the nut separates by decantation after some time, but if you store the product properly, the % of separation is minimal and it is easily integrated by shaking the container vigorously. Revisa que las condiciones de almacenamiento son adecuadas (lugar seco, fresco y oscuro).
Al ser una mantequilla 100% almendra, el aceite propio del fruto seco se separa por decantación pasado el tiempo, pero si conservas el producto adecuadamente, el % de separación es mínimo y además se integra fácilmente agitando vigorosamente el envase.
