Too much oil
I let it sit for a couple of days and puff about 10 ml of oil. I didn't really like that.

Hi Elion, Check that the storage conditions are adequate (dry, cool and dark place). As it is a 100% almond butter, the oil from the nut separates by decantation after some time, but if you store the product properly, the % of separation is minimal and it is easily integrated by shaking the container vigorously. Revisa que las condiciones de almacenamiento son adecuadas (lugar seco, fresco y oscuro).
Al ser una mantequilla 100% almendra, el aceite propio del fruto seco se separa por decantación pasado el tiempo, pero si conservas el producto adecuadamente, el % de separación es mínimo y además se integra fácilmente agitando vigorosamente el envase.

My new vice
I love it. The almond butter is usually very doughy, so this to pour into yogurt, porridge etc. is super well. It is true that the end is usually hard and to take advantage of the rest there is no other way than sawing the jar. But well, in the end it is a consequence of being completely natural and without emulsifiers which is desirable.
Me encanta. La mantequilla de almendra suele ser muy pastosa,por eso esta para echar en el yogur, en el porridge etc está está súper bien.
Es cierto que el final se suele poner duro y para aprovechar el resto no queda otra que serrar el bote. Pero bueno, al final es una consecuencia de que sea completamente natural y sin emulgentes que es lo deseable.
