I like it but the format fails
I suffer from PCOS and I have always taken the powder version but it made me nauseous and I switched to the pills because of the discomfort and because the formulation seems more complete. The product is very good and if you give it time the effects are noticeable. The only bad thing: the 4 pills a day, which can be hard to take at times. I have combined it with Vitex and both my PMS and my periods have improved.
Sufro de SOP y he tomado siempre la versión en polvo pero me provocaba náuseas y me cambié a las pastillas por el malestar y porque la formulación me parece más completa. El producto está muy bien y si le das tiempo se notan los efectos. Lo único malo: las 4 pastillas diarias, que tomarlas a veces se hace cuesta arriba. Lo he combinado con el Vitex y tanto el PMS como mis reglas han mejorado.

I think it is a very good choice for the composition, the only negative thing is that there are 4 pills to take in a day. It makes it difficult to adhere to taking it. I may prefer the powder version.

Regulates the menstrual cycle
This product was recommended to me by my nutritionist and since I've been taking it I've been able to regulate my menstrual cycle again. I highly recommend it! It's just a shame it's so often out of stock.
