Effective from the first days

100% recommended for sop
I have had PCOS for several years now and I decided to try this, I am already on my third bottle and I recommend it 100% (if you add a minimum of exercise it's magic), I have managed to stop taking birth control pills and it helped me to regulate my cycle perfectly, I also feel more energetic and encouraged during the day. For the best: The daily dose should be 1 or 2 capsules a day instead of 4.
Tengo SOP desde hace varios años ya y he decidido probar esto, voy ya por mi tercer bote y lo recomiendo 100% (si le sumas un mínimo de ejercicio ya es algo mágico), he logrado dejar las anticonceptivas y me ayudó a regular el ciclo de forma perfecta, además me siento con más energía y ánimo durante el día. Por mejor: La dosis diaria que fuese de 1 ó 2 cápsulas al día en lugar de 4.

Symptom improvement
After a month and a half I can say that the regulation of the cycle is noticeable, with much less pain and symptoms. Although it is not a big problem, I would appreciate it if the daily dose was more concentrated, with 1 or 2 capsules a day instead of 4.

Alternative to powders
It is almost the same product as the powders. Very difficult to find inositol at these prices that follows 40:1 ratio. The powder option is cheaper, perhaps more recommended, but this is more practical.
