Good magnesium
The product does its job and I don't mind taking the product in powder form. It tastes a little weird between salty and bitter, but it doesn't bother me. I dissolve it with a little water to take it all in one gulp and then drink a glass of clean water to get rid of the taste in my mouth.
El producto cumple su función y no me importa tomar el producto en formato de polvo. Tiene sabor un poco raro entre salado y amargo, pero mi no me molesta. Lo disuelvo con poca agua para tomar todo de un trago y después tomo un vaso de agua limpia para quitar el sabor de la boca.

Previously I always bought it in capsules and I decided to try it in powder form, because I thought it would be healthier not to take so many capsules. Big mistake, because it has a very unpleasant taste. Although the product is effective, I do not recommend it because of its bad taste. I will buy again in capsules.
Anteriormente lo compraba siempre en cápsulas y me decidí a probarlo en polvo, pues me pareció que sería más sano no tomar tanta cápsula. Gran error, pues tiene un sabor muy desagradable. Aunque el producto es efectivo, no lo recomiendo por su mal sabor. Volveré a comprar en cápsulas.

I think it has an effect

No lo sé seguro porque llevo 10 días pero me hace dormir más, aunque no me hace que me entre el sueño antes que es lo que busco, no tirarme hasta las tantas hasta que me entra el sueño.
