Perfect I will buy it again
I have been taking it for a week now and the truth is that it is noticeable. I sleep more soundly and I have forgotten about the night cramps I used to have from time to time. The taste of this is slightly salty. In fact it reminds me a bit of drinking baking soda with water. Better not to mix it with other things or take it hot because it tastes much worse.
El sabor de esto es tirando a salado. De hecho me recuerda un poco a tomar bicarbonato con agua. Mejor no mezclarlo con otras cosas ni tomarlo caliente porque sabe mucho peor.

Magnesium bisglycinate is a very good option if you have sleep problems, but I recommend it in pill form because in powder form it tastes like lightning.
