Magnesium biscyglinate
Every consumer of magnesium knows that this type has an unpleasant taste but as it is one of the best used, that is why we consume it. It is still early to see the effect that in my case is to sleep deeper. It does not mix well in water but it is normal, I stir it and swallow it in one gulp. The bad taste only lasts a few seconds.
Todo consumidor de magnesio sabe que este tipo tiene un sabor desagradable pero como es de los que mejor se aprovecha pues por ello lo consumimos. Aun es pronto para ver el efecto que en mi caso es para dormir mas profundo. No mezcla bien en agua pero es normal que sea así, lo revuelvo y de un golpe lo trago. El mal sabor solo dura unos cuantos segundos.

Very good type of magnesium, I trust HSN for the purity of the product, very bad taste but this is normal and typical of bisglycinate, to know.

Perfect effectiveness but bad taste

To completely camouflage the bitter taste with hints of fish, I do the following: 1.: In a glass with 3 fingers of water I dissolve the dose. 2.: I quickly drink the solution. 3.: I take a pinch of salt and dissolve it in my mouth. 4.: The bad taste disappeared.
Para camuflar totalmente el sabor amargo con notas de pescado, hago lo siguiente :

2.: Tomo rápidamente la solución.
3.: Cojo una pizca de sal y la disuelvo en la boca.
4.: Desapareció el mal sabor.
