Effective but very bad taste
I bought it because of its composition and because it is cheaper in powder form, but it is very bad, I recommend buying it in capsules.

Unpleasant taste but convenient
It does not give me stomach problems, like other types of magnesium, and it has a very good price. The taste is unpleasant, similar to bicarbonate. Also after a couple of months after opening, some of it started to turn black (maybe oxidation?). So better to buy smaller packages if you don't consume much of it.
Non mi dà problemi allo stomaco, come altri tipi di magnesio, ed ha un ottimo prezzo. Il sapore è sgradevole, simile al bicarbonato. Inoltre dopo un paio di mesi dall'apertura, una parte ha iniziato a diventare nera (forse ossidazione?). Quindi meglio comprare pacchi più piccoli se non se ne consuma molto.

Good quality and effectiveness
Perfect to be able to take magnesium bisglycinate without other components, I use it after sports for muscle recovery and relaxation and before sleeping, as I notice that it relaxes me and helps me to fall asleep, very good.

Good supplement
It is a good way to incorporate this supplement, the only drawback I see is the taste it leaves you once you take it alone or the change it produces in the drink with which you combine it.

I don't like the taste, I still haven't managed to mix it with anything and not notice an unpleasant taste. The bag is not practical or convenient, I have taken it in a small bottle to make it easier to take. I have not been taking it for a long time but it seems to give results.
El sabor a mi no me gusta, no he conseguido todavía mezclarlo con nada y no notar un sabor desagradable. La bolsa no es práctica ni cómoda, yo me lo he echado en un botecito para que sea más fácil de coger. No llevo mucho tiempo tomándolo pero parece que da resultados.
