Me da una energía extra que se agradece , una tarde corrí 9 kms y a la mañana siguiente casi sin descanso corrí 11 kms y tome este producto antes de salir y en ayunas , y el resultado fue magnifico ¡¡¡ en el gym noto el aporte de energia necesario para no parar , no me quita el sueño y no pone nervioso o alterado , es un gran producto , por ahora mi sabor favorito es el de sandia , aunque es cuestión de gusto pues los otras estan muy buenos también . la unica pega es que son 500 ml de agua y eso se nota al hora de salir a correr , pero nada importante
