I love it
For me that I find it hard to put anything intra and post workout, I've tried intra and I have been spectacular! I have always been reluctant to put anything in my stomach (as it usually happens with the others I've tried), and with these I am calm because they give me a plus of strength without sacrificing my stomach.

The results are noticeable
It gives me an extra energy that is appreciated, one afternoon I ran 9 kms and the next morning almost without rest I ran 11 kms and take this product before leaving and fasting, and the result was magnificent!!! in the gym I notice the energy contribution necessary to not stop, it does not take away my sleep and does not make me nervous or altered, it is a great product, for now my favorite flavor is watermelon, although it is a matter of taste because the others are very good too. The only downside is that they are 500 ml of water and that is noticeable when you go running, but nothing important.
Me da una energía extra que se agradece , una tarde corrí 9 kms y a la mañana siguiente casi sin descanso corrí 11 kms y tome este producto antes de salir y en ayunas , y el resultado fue magnifico ¡¡¡ en el gym noto el aporte de energia necesario para no parar , no me quita el sueño y no pone nervioso o alterado , es un gran producto , por ahora mi sabor favorito es el de sandia , aunque es cuestión de gusto pues los otras estan muy buenos también . la unica pega es que son 500 ml de agua y eso se nota al hora de salir a correr , pero nada importante
