Caffeine-free energy bonus
I take it when I train in the afternoon as I used to take some caffeinated pre-workout and had trouble sleeping at night. Very good tasting and effective in training, proves that without caffeine you can also get a quality workout!

Good pre-training
I use this pre-workout for running. It is true that it lacks more power in citrulline and other components to raise more nitric oxide, but overall it is a good product. As a weak point the little variety of flavors, being the only halfway decent currant, the rest I can not with them.

Si que es verdad que se echa en falta más potencia en citrulina y otros componentes para elevar más el óxido nítrico, pero en general es buen producto.
Como punto flaco la poca variedad de sabores, siendo el único medianamente decente el de grosella, el resto no puedo con ellos.
