I bought fruit punch flavor and in my case, I love it. I wasn't looking for a pre-workout with a lot of stimulant, because I often drink black coffee and I also suffer from anxiety. So too much excitement level would not be the best in my case. I've been trying it for a week and for me it's more than enough, I'm just looking for a little push to train because I always work the night shift and rest in the morning. And we all know that the body doesn't rest the same during the day as it does at night. So with that little push I'm doing great.
Compré sabor ponche de frutas y en mi caso,me encanta. No buscaba un preentreno con mucho estimulante,pues suelo tomar café solo a menudo y además padezco de ansiedad. Con lo cual demasiado nivel de excitación no sería lo mejor en mi caso. Lo llevo probando una semana y para mí es más que suficiente,solo busco un pequeño empujón para entrenar porque trabajo siempre en turno de noche y descanso por la mañana. Y ya sabemos que el cuerpo no descansa igual de día que de noche. Así que con ese pequeño empujón me va fenomenal.
