It is the first time I took pre-workouts and it has been a good experience, it is noticeable that you last longer in the gym. At the beginning I noticed a little bit of paresthesia caused by beta-alanine but it is not uncomfortable. It does leave some small lumps when dissolved in water but it is not unpleasant. The blackcurrant flavor is very successful.

For me personally it is effective as I am not very tolerant to caffeine the gooseberry flavor is fine I would give it a five star if it had 8gr of citrulline 6gr of Beta alanine and 5gr of Creapure as well as 120mg of guarana it would be a real pickle.
