I have to say that after three days and having tried other patents of Ashwagandha (KSM-66 and Sensoril) I have to say that if you are looking for the most sedative effect of the three this is yours, much more quality of sleep (more vivid dreams) and wake up more rested, I'm taking half a capsule before bedtime and half in the morning, at night I combine it with GABA and Glycine.
Tengo que decir que después de tres días y de haber probado otras patentes de Ashwagandha (KSM-66 y Sensoril) tengo que decir que si lo que buscas es el efecto mas sedante de las tres está es la tuya, mucha más calidad de sueño(sueños mas vividos) y despertar mas descansado, estoy tomando media capsula antes de acostarme y media a la mañana , a la noche la combino junto con GABA y Glicina.
