Recommended for stress and anxiety
In the same week I started taking it I noticed its effects. I recommend it 100%, I had been dragging anxiety for many months and I noticed how my cortisol went down immediately, my desire to binge on nerves disappeared and my improvement of rest was very noticeable.

Stomach discomfort
Both my partner and I have tried it and we both have the same opinion. He started taking it and after a few weeks of taking it daily, he stopped taking it because it did not sit well with his stomach. He had reflux and a feeling of stomach inflammation. When he stopped taking them, I started taking them myself to see if these sensations were just personal and a few days after taking them, the exact same thing happened to me. We have taken other brands with less concentration and we have had no problems whatsoever.

Empezó a tomarla él y a las semanas de estar tomándola diariamente las dejo porque no le sentaba bien estomacalmente. Sentía reflujo y sensación de inflamación estomacal. Cuando las dejó, empecé a tomarlas yo para saber si esas sensaciones eran solo personales y a los pocos días de estar tomándolas, me pasó exactamente lo mismo. Very mild effect and can only be taken at night, I prefer the KSM66 and Sensoril extracts.

Its adaptogenic effect is noticeable. It gives poise and dominance but without the excitement of caffeine. I prefer this one to the less concentrated 8:1 presentation. With a daily intake you fulfill the purpose.
