Está muy buena, por supuesto que no sabe como el dulce de leche original ,por que se nota el sabor a proteínas y la textura es mucho más densa, pero está bueno, y se puede comer en tortitas, sobre tostadas, o croissants, tanto como se puede utilizar para cocinar muchas cosas, entre ellas flan. Muy recomendable.
