I still find myself evaluating the benefit the product gives me. I assumed it would increase satiety and energy expenditure more. If they are going to consider improving the bottle, I would suggest that for the neck they develop an anti-drip pourer to prevent run-off.
Ainda me encontro a avaliar o benefício que o produto me concede. Presumi que aumentasse mais a saciedade e o gasto energético. Caso venham a considerar a melhoria da garrafa, sugeria que para o gargalo desenvolvessem um vertedor anti-gota para prevenir a escorrência.

A good supplement to consider
I bought it thinking it would be useful to add more calories to my diet and it has turned out to be a very good supplement. I add it to my shakes or coffee. It digests very well and allows me to go to workout with energy without putting in too many carbs.

Nothing ,I totally agree with the other opinions it is a very good product to add to your coffee but the format and the dispenser are very improvable.

As I notice the effects on training, I combine it with arginine but taking the shot is a nuisance and it must be taken into account that it can occasionally cause intestinal problems, as in my case.
Como efectos noto el tirón en los entrenamientos pues lo combino con arginina pero la toma del chupito es un engorro y hay que tener en cuenta que puede generar problemas intestinales ocasionalmente como es mi caso
