Good product

Quality wise one of the best I have tried. This one does not give me nausea that I experienced with other brands. Neutral flavor, ideal to take in the morning coffee or before training for an extra shot of energy. I would prefer a dark glass container rather than a plastic one.

En cuanto a la calidad uno de los mejores que he probado. Este no me da nauseas que experimenté con otras marcas. Sabor neutro, ideal para tomarlo en el café mañanero o antes de entrenar para un chute extra de energía. Eso si, preferiría un envase de cristal oscuro que el de platico.

Quite a good product

Well

This MCT oil is of great quality, I like to add it to my coffee and drink it on an empty stomach and before training. It gives a good energy boost. Excellent, I don't really like the packaging, it comes with a dispenser.

The push is noticeable

I take it in a shake twice a day and you can feel the extra boost it gives you, and my ketone levels have gone up thanks to the oil.

I use it in my low carb breakfasts and it works great. It's a good thing it was the second one I ordered because it came without the dosing cup. So I'm still using the one from the first jar I bought, but it's deteriorating from so much scrubbing.

Lo uso en mis desayunos low carb y va genial. Lo único que menos mal que era el segundo que pedía porque ha venido sin el vasito dosificador. Así que sigo usando el del primer bote que compré, lo que pasa que se va deteriorando de tanto fregarlo.
