I use it in my intra-workout water bottle and I notice it a lot compared to other days that I have not taken it, taking it I have more endurance in my workouts.

Very effective and good

Very complete bcaas, with glutamine and citrulline, which makes them perfect for pre-workout, intra-workout and post-workout. I use them intra workout and they work great. My apple flavor is great.

Bcaas muy completos, con glutamina y citrulina, los que los hace perfectos para pre entreno, intra entreno y post entreno. Yo los uso intra entreno y van fenomenal. Mi sabor a manzana, está buenísimo.

I chose the watermelon flavor and I am very happy, I used it as a pre-workout in a shake and the taste is 10, the results are even better. The pump feels much better, very happy.

Elegí el de sabor sandía y estoy muy contento, lo usaba como pre etreno en un batido y el sabor es de 10, los resultados aún mejores. El pump se nota mucho mejor, muy contento.

Carbohydrates at a good price and with good flavor. I have tried the lemon one, the currant one and the neutral one. The lemon one is the best. Be careful, it doesn't have BCAAs. For that you have other products. This is a drink with carbohydrates and some other components.

Carbohidratos a buen precio y con buen sabor. He probado el de limón, el de grosella y el neutro. El de limón el mejor. Ojo, no tiene BCAAs. Para eso tienes otros productos. Ésta es una bebida con carbohidratos y algún componente más.

Very effective

I chose the watermelon flavor. I combine EVOBCAAS Complex with soy protein isolate and I notice a huge difference compared to just taking protein. The only downside is that I find it very sweet.

Elegí el sabor a sandía. Yo combino los EVOBCAA'S Complex con proteína de soja aislada y noto muchísima diferencia respecto a solo tomar proteína. El único pero que le puedo poner es que me parece muy dulce.
