Of all the bcaa's that are available, it seems to me the most complete for the balance of bcaa's as well as for the other amino acids. But the best of all, and that is why it is my favorite, is the presence of vitamin B&, being the only one that has it. Used as pre- and intra-workout with creatine, beta analine and maltodextrin, in variable proportion according to planned training.
