I have tried the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. I love the vanilla and chocolate ones, the strawberry one a little less, but it's a matter of taste. If you mix them in the shaker there are no lumps and the feeling of satiety is very well achieved. With half the water in the shaker, it gets thicker, but I take the opportunity to fill it up and drink more water, which I sometimes forget; that way it doesn't get so thick, and it also hydrates you.
