Very practical. I will continue to buy it.
I had never tried egg whites before and I love the practicality it offers. I use it to prepare recipes replacing whole eggs and thus lowering the amount of fat in those recipes.

Very large package
I loved the taste. Better than eating the original egg. However, the fact that you have to consume the package after opening it in 24 to 48 hours is extremely reductive, not least because the package is large. I would suggest smaller packages to avoid spoiling food.
