Haber yo compre antes care en pastillas y debo decir que es mas eficaz que la melatonina mas 5_htp pero tampoco digo que sea el doble de eficaz aunque una ligera diferencia en quel care va a por el sueño de golpe es como la cafeína del sueño no se si me entenderán pero no quiere decir que suplemento melatonina no sea eficaz ya que lleva melatonina si es eficaz.
