Excellent product and unbeatable quality and price. Effective and easy to take capsules, although the gummy format are incredible, but I would say, I do not know if it is just subjective, that with the capsules I notice more effect.

You can feel the effect.
Within 20 minutes of taking it you can feel the drowsy effect, it doesn't make me sleep through the night like a log but it is still a good help.

I have not noticed much effect
I have not taken it many times yet, but so far, when I have, I have not noticed a great relaxation effect to be able to fall asleep earlier on days when I have had more activation or I have overdone it with the caffeine dose. I take it together with magnesium.

It works.
This melatonin is great for me, I usually train very late because of my work and many times when it's 12 am I'm so turned on that it's hard for me to fall asleep. I was recommended melatonin and what a discovery, on those days I sleep without any problem and I wake up super well. I usually combine it with the sequential one and it works great.
Esta melatonina me va de escándalo, suelo entrenar muy tarde por mi trabajo y muchas veces cuando dan las 12h estoy tan encendido que me cuesta la vida conciliar el sueño. Me recomendaron melatonina y vaya descubrimiento, en esos días duermo sin problema y me levanto súper bien. La suelo combinar con la secuencial y va de lujo.
