I love the chocolate and vanilla milkshake. I drink the chocolate shake at night when I crave chocolate and the Vanilla shake I always add a spoonful of instant coffee, and it tastes like a coffee shake, that's when I have it for breakfast.

The truth is that this package is one of the best meal substitutes I have found in the market, lowering the amount of sugar to a minimum. I bought the vanilla one, the flavor is a little intense for me, but it's good. I will continue trying other flavors.

Evo meal 2.0 strawberry-banana I wouldn't say it's like drinking yogurt but it's the closest thing, with the difference that it provides less sugar. Incredible taste and texture in the mouth. I recommend it 100%.

The truth is that the taste is somewhat improvable, the chocolate flavor is very soft, however in my case, my blood glucose rises less than with other shakes tested, so for that part well.
