Great product
I have loved it, I use it for breakfast since I do not have much time and I give it to my children as dinner or even dinner when they come tired from a lot of exercise, it is quite light compared to other brands. The chocolate flavor I add a teaspoon of pure cocoa, to enhance flavor. The vanilla is very successful if you add cinnamon it tastes like custard.
ME ha encantado, yo lo uso para desayunar ya que no tengo mucho tiempo y se lo doy a mis hijos como recena o incluso cena cuando vienen cansados de mucho ejercicio, es bastante ligero en comparacion con otras marcas El de sabor a chocolate le añado una cucharadita de cacao puro, para potenciar sabor. El de vainilla esta muy logrado si le echas canela sabe a flan.

A month ago I started taking it to replace the snack, I bought the chocolate flavor, it has a spectacular taste, I had tried others but with chemical flavor, I mix it with water and it is great, at the same time it satiates a lot.

I was taking others of another brand that were super expensive, after reading the opinions I decided to try, chocolate and vanilla .... I love the vanilla one and the chocolate one too, although I add a bit of 100% cocoa to the latter to enhance the flavor (I read it in a comment and it is a success) good dissolution, I take it with oatmeal drink, it satiates me much more.
Tomaba otros de otra marca que me salían súper caros, después de leer las opiniones me he decidido a probar , chocolate y vainilla.. El de vainilla me encanta y el de chocolate también, aunque a este último le añado un poco de cacao 100% que potencia el sabor ( lo leí en algún comentario y es todo un acierto) buena disolución, lo tomo con bebida de avena, me sacia mucho más.

El batido te sacia, he sustituido las tres comidas principales para probar a ver si me daba hambre y la verdad es que no, he tomado el de chocolate mañana y noche y el de fresa y plátano a mediodía. Lo he preparado con leche desnatada, hay que disolver poco a poco, si se echa de golpe con la leche quedan grumos y hay que agitar muy fuerte. Sabor y textura aceptables.
