It is quite satiating and, in general, it dissolves well in the shaker (if you add more water it is lighter). I liked the taste, although I noticed it was a bit sweet, so I adjusted the amount of water and that was it.

I chose the neutral variant and am delighted. The powder dissolves well, has a complete nutritional profile and is very gentle on the stomach. Very mild taste, tastes good warm and cold, more liquid or thicker - depending on what you like. If I fancy other flavors, I mix in flavor powder for milk proteins from HSN, cinnamon or other spices.
