A real discovery!
I love spinach in every meal but it is difficult to find fresh spinach and it releases a lot of water after cooking, ruining many dishes. This powdered presentation is ideal, it keeps the flavor and does not add water to the recipes. I use it in hamburgers, purées, omelets, croquettes, bread.... everything I can think of!

It is wonderful to be able to find this food in powder, I usually buy it in the natural supermarket with its green leaves but it is very volatile and spoils in less than 48 hours in the refrigerator, although at the time of purchase it looks good, it is misleading. It is more comfortable and safer the way of consuming it proposed by HSN in powder form.
Es una maravilla poder encontrar este alimento en polvo, yo acostumbro a comprarlo en el supermercado natural con sus hojas verde pero es muy volátil y se estropea en menos de 48 horas en la nevera, aunque en el momento de comprarlo tenga buena apariencia es engañoso.
